Of course in deciding is not easy, some things are often a consideration in making decisions:1. Rationally, people who are already considered old-fashioned it may need time to adjust to existing technologies. However, the speed of technological developments and the speed in receiving or follow these developments into a cost component in the rational view.2. In a sense, that the person has contributed an excellent but due to factors that cause age was no longer able to follow developments. In a sense, it is not fair if the company decides the working relationship simply because it is. It inidisebut to use and throw.
Both of these contradictions that always haunt and shadow each a leader in making decisions. Some things you should do a leader to a feeling of "use and throw" to our employees:
1. Perform two-way communication between a leader and the employees in solving existing problems. Tell the truth about the existing problems.
2. Identification of the overstaffed and continuously give the employee an opportunity to be able to follow the changes there.
3. Prepare an alternative to developing a career outside the company. Use existing networks to promote the employee in the company to partner companies.
4. Prepare also an alternative in which the employee will work as an entrepreneur so that the employee has the ability to manage finances and business. In this case, Governance and Management must prepare mentally and employee skills.
5. Do not rush, because all of the above items require a fairly long time.
Imagine when we are already unable to keep up with changing technology or whatever happens. So, we will reach at that point .... So do it now for someone else or we'll feel it later.
